Dermal Fillers

Also known more simply as fillers, these injectables are administered by our trained clinicians in targeted areas to improve volume. They can be used to increase volume where skin may have lost firmness or elasticity such as undereye sockets, deep wrinkles or sunken cheekbones.

Fillers can last up to a year and so are a great treatment with minimal pain or effort on your part. They may also be used to enhance appearance in such cases as lip or cheekbone filling.

Anti-wrinkle Injections

Commonly referred to as Botox, we offer multiple brands of anti wrinkle injections that work by preventing the targeted muscles from performing their usual movements.

When administered correctly by our skilled clinicians, we are able to prevent the muscles that would normally contract in your wrinkle prone areas from moving. For example, preventing your inner brow from scowling will give the skin a chance to stop contracting therefore prevent the formation of fine lines over time.

While anti wrinkle injections are primarily a preventative measure, in conjunction with other anti ageing treatments, they are an effective way to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles associated with skin ageing.

Profhilo

The latest innovation in anti ageing, Profhilo is an amazing skin bio-remodelling injection. Our clinicians look to profhilo to improve skin tone, texture, hydration and overall radiance. It can also help to increase skin firmness and elasticity while promoting healthier and softer-looking skin. Profhilo is most commonly used for the face, but it can also be used to rejuvenate the neck, chest, arms and hands.

PRP/Factor 4

PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) skin treatment is a natural therapy utilising your body’s own blood to promote skin healing. The natural chemicals in PRP generated from your own blood are applied to the face and micro-needled into the skin during a short procedure. Using the healing effects of your body’s own plasma and the essential chemicals in the PRP formula allows accelerated promotion of skin rejuvenation, tightening and smoothing where you want it most.

Factor 4 is also available as an advanced version of PRP. With longer processing time of your blood, the concentration of growth factors is 4 times that of PRP and therefore provides more fuel for skin rejuvenation and healing.

Skin Booster

Also known as hydrating fillers, skin boosters are micro injections of hyaluronic acid in combination with essential amino acids, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants formulated with the aim of stimulating new collagen and elastin.

Vitamin Infusion

Also known as IV Therapy, Vitamin Infusion delivers vitamins, minerals, and amino acids directly into the bloodstream for maximum absorption and minimal waste. Providing nutrients from within helps to nourish the body at a cellular level which will in turn show through your skin.

With IV vitamin infusions, we can safely deliver larger doses that would not otherwise be tolerated orally. The most common vitamin infusions we recommend at True Skin are: vitamin B, vitamin C and glutathione.

Vitamin Stamping

Through the use of or unique S.TEP device, the skin layers are stimulated using 20 gold-plated micro tips to deliver your customised Universkin serum formula straight to where it is needed most.

FSR

Short for Fractional Skin Resurfacing, FSR does exactly as it's name suggests, resurfaces the skin and improves overall texture using unique technology combining laser therapy and deep application of heat. As a result you will see a visible reduction in the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines. FSR is a relatively quick treatment with minimal downtime that is able to target collagen fibres deep within the skin while also promoting a smoother skin surface.

Laser Genesis

A non-ablative (read as gentle) laser treatment that works by heating the skin’s surface to promote collagen renewal. The heat from the Genesis laser will also gently remove contaminants on the skins surface to help clear pores and maintain a smooth rejuvenated look.

Microneedling

Our skilled clinicians perform microneedling using Dermapen or Intensif pen under strict safety standards to resurface skin and reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

During microneeding, fine sterile needles pierce the top most layer of the skin in order to stimulate new growth of collagen and skin cell renewal. With relatively little downtime, your skin will notice a new and refreshed you within days. You therapist will recommend the use of Dermapen or Intensif depending on the severity and areas you present for treatment.

Medifacials, Chemical Peels & LED Therapy

Your clinician may suggest a restorative or advanced chemical peel that is a great and relaxing way to gently slough off dead skin to expose new fresh skin underneath leaving your complexion looking brighter and rejuvenated.

The administration of gentle red light LED Therapy post facial provides a great source of energy that your skin will need to kick start cell renewal keeping your skin looking plump from within.

Ultherapy

Utilising ultrasound technology, Ultherapy is able to reach beneath the skin up to 4.5mm, the same depth as face lift surgery, further than laser and radio frequency can reach. Delivering precise energy to the fat cell layer promotes decomposition of fat and healing of the area after it’s natural removal.

Most commonly used as a non-surgical face lift, this treatment is highly effective with minimal effort, with the added advantage of only needing one treatment per year.
